What I would like to accomplish

This is the type of look and effect that I would like to accomplish for the ending scene.

And this is the type of effect that I would like to achieve for the opening scene.

Here is the start to our first head model.

I would like to improve it by making it smoother and focusing more on the details, such as the ears, eyes and mouth.
